David Haye to get back to the gym after I'm a Celebrity weight loss

David Haye wowed the ladies with his frequent I'm a Celebrity nudity, but has now revealed that his daily diet of beans and rice wreaked havoc on his body.

The heavyweight boxing champ dropped from 98 kilograms to 92 kilograms over the three weeks he was in the jungle, but now plans to get back to the gym and eat some proper food.

He tweeted: "My Jungle diet of beans & rice for 3 weeks sent me from 98kg to 92kg Time to start eating some proper food and pumpin some serious weights!"

His dramatic weight loss is largely thanks to contestant Helen Flanagan. During the first week of the series the camp mates were given no extra food as Helen struggled to complete any of the Bushtucker Trials.

But David is still heavy enough to compete as a boxing heavyweight, with 91 kilograms being the cut off for the Cruiserweight category.

David thanked his fans on Twitter after leaving the jungle, writing: "I'm finally out! Thanks soo much for voting for me. it's been a crazy ride & to be the last male standing feels like a great achievement."

And to show there were no hard feelings, he later tweeted a snap of himself out celebrating with Helen and fellow camper Hugo Taylor.

But while he may have been concerned about his sudden weight loss, it doesn't seem to have affected his famous six-pack too much. He posted a picture of himself online and tagged it "TodaysBodyShot":

David wasn't the only celebrity to lose weight in the jungle either. Doctor Who star Colin Baker dropped 12 kilograms during his time on the show, while Rosemary Shrager lost over 14kilograms.
