Chas has been struggling to contain her emotions recently, and things go from bad to worse tonight when Carl starts blackmailing her after finding out the truth about her affair with Cameron.
Things kick off when Chas realises that Carl has got her phone, and she is on tenterhooks for the rest of the day, snapping at Dan and feeling terrible.
Storming round to Carl’s, she demands her phone back, but he leaves her horrified when he tells her he wants his £30k back.
Telling Cameron what’s happened later, Cameron flies into a panic, and when Carl eventually hands it back he tells Chas that he’s made copies of all the texts and pictures and won’t be keeping them to himself unless she pays him his money back.
What’s she going to do, and how will Cameron react when he realizes just how bad the situation is?
Meanwhile, Rhona and Paddy make plans to leave the village, but the pair are struggling with their guilt.
When Pearl finds out what they’re planning, she tells Marlon, leaving him furious, and he calls the police, adamant that they won’t be taking his son away from him.
Elsewhere in the village, Moira is confused as to why Cain has hired Alex at the garage, and he tells her he was hoping she’d do him a favour and take Zak on. Needing the extra pair of hands, will she agree to give Zak a job?
