Things go from bad to worse for Ashley as he is still struggling to find work, and his situation gets more desperate when runs out of money.
A meeting with a job centre advisor brings up questions of why he was sacked from his last job, and Ashley explains he left his job at the parish. The advisor says the computer is telling a different story.
Ashley then lies to Laurel, claiming he's doing fine and got job interviews lined up.
Declan is disappointed when Megan delays seeing Robbie after agreeing to take him out.
Robbie explains to Declan that he is only planning on staying for a few days, but Declan encourages Robbie to stay longer and really get to know Megan.
Megan listens to their conversation, and when Declan leaves, she talks to Robbie about his family life.
Elsewhere, Gennie tells Chas Nikhil doesn't know she is pregnant yet, and Chas is sickened watching Debbie and Cameron say their goodbyes.
