Matthew Wolfenden has confessed that he is worried that he might fall over during the Dancing on Ice live tour.

The Emmerdale actor is about to tour the UK with Torvill and Dean's ice dance show.

Matthew told The Sun that rehearsals for the show had not got off to a good start.

Matt said: "It was my first time back on the ice yesterday and I fell over.

"Hopefully I won't fall over in front of 8,000 people."

Wolfenden revealed that professional ice skater Nina Ulanova has been driving him hard during training for the tour.

He said: "Nina worked really hard on me. She was never one for letting me go home early.

"She has the Russian mentality of training where you never complain, even if you are hurting all over. It worked for me."
