Former Dancing On Ice champ Hayley Tamaddon has said that the `team challenge' made Sunday night's show her favourite episode of the ice dance contest this series.
A twist to the format saw the celebrity skaters split into two separate teams to perform a high-paced group performance.
Tamaddon told Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby on This Morning that the celebrities were "buzzing" backstage ahead of the group challenge.
She said: "I think that it is one of my favourite shows so far...not only was the whole episode quite tense but backstage it was so energetic."
"Everybody was so excited about performing the two group numbers."
However, Hayley said that she felt that the pressure of being team captain had affected Attwater's solo performance.
"I think that Sam might have spent a lot of time working on the group number, which was great because he really wanted to do well for his team."
She added: "I think he might have jeopardised his own skate by putting in that extra effort for the team."
