BGT preview: comic Francine Lewis channels Katie Price and Stacey Solomon

Britain’s Got Talent got off to a cracking start last week, as viewers got a peek at the first lot of auditions, with stellar (and sometimes shockingly bad) performances from singers, comedians and dancers a-plenty.

This Saturday (April 20) the fun and frolics continue, as the second lot of try-outs are shown; and one of the hopefuls who left the judges truly amazed with her talents is Francine Lewis.

Impersonating a number of well-known personalities, including former X Factor star-turned-TV personality Stacey Solomon, Francine certainly made an impression (see what we did there?) with the judges.

Using Stace’s famous ‘Oh my God!’ catchphrase, she perfectly captures the essence of the loveable Essex lady.

Take a look at the hopeful as she gives a truly uncanny impression of Miss Solomon in the video above.

Francine also does a rather good impersonation of glamour model-turned-businesswoman Katie Price too – and manages to sneak in a few cheeky jokes about her latest marriage, to stripper Kieran Hayler, too.

Britain’s Got Talent returns to STV at 7pm tomorrow night, when the second lot of auditions will be shown. Make sure to catch it! But if you don’t manage, the latest episode will be available on the STV Player shortly afterwards. Don’t say we’re not good to you...
